ADMIN ACCOUNT

To make a user an admin, go to Students, open their profile, and change their role to "Admin".
That user will see the admin sidebar on their next login.

To set yourself as admin for the first time, go to the Firebase Console → Firestore → users → your UID document → set role: "admin".
